The amplicon sequencing to analyze AOA community forming effect in the rhizosphere.

The following amplicon sequence data (16S rRNA, Ammonia-oxidizing archaea(AOA) ammonia monooxygenase subunit alpha (amoA) and AOA manganese (Mn) catalase) are to analyze AOA community forming effect in the rhizosphere. We collected pepper samples through two different growth phases (vegetative growth phase, 60 days and reproductive phase, 90 days). We simultaneously collected ginseng samples through the ages of plants (2-, 4-, and 6-year-old). In soil slurry enrichment samples, We treated different concentrations of hydrogen peroxide in bulk soil enrichment to test for the selection of Mn catalase-containing AOA. We used pepper bulk soil samples as inoculum for soil slurry enrichment. After 21 days, We extracted DNA from all soil slurry enrichment simultaneously.
