Transcriptomic Datasets of Plateau Brown Frogs (Rana kukunoris) from Eastern and Western Slopes of the Helan Mountains

This study provides extensive transcriptome data of plateau brown frogs from two distinct environmental regions, the eastern and western slopes of the Helan Mountains. We collected transcriptome data from three tissues (blood, liver, and muscle) in the autumn, generating 294962 single genes and 570192 transcripts.
