EuroCropsV2

EurCropsV2 provides a harmonized, multiannual collection of parcel-level crop declarations (Geo-Spatial Application, GSA) from 12 EU Member States. The dataset integrates publicly available data from national paying agencies covering at least three years per country, totaling nearly 47 million agricultural parcels across 21 million hectares. Each record includes crop type, parcel geometry, and metadata harmonized using the Hierarchical Crop and Agriculture Taxonomy (HCAT v4). The dataset enables comparative spatiotemporal analyses across the EU, supports Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) monitoring, and facilitates interoperability with other EU agricultural datasets such as LUCAS, IFS/FSS, FADN, EUCropMap, and the Copernicus HRL Crop Types layer.
