资源简介:
The aim of this study was to understand the mechanism underlying the attenuation of the wound-induced jasmonate burst in arabidopsis grown at elevated CO2. The nia1 and nia2 mutants were used to tease out the relationship between nitrate assimilation and wound-induced gene expression. Wildtype, nia1 and nia2 arabidopsis were grown at ambient (450 ppm) or elevated (900 ppm) CO2 and fertilized with 0.2 mM or 10 mM nitrate. Plants were mechanically wounded for analyses of wound-induced gene expression by RNA-sequencing.
