Functional analysis of phosphorylation of LSD1 serine 54 in chicken hierarchical follicular theca cells

Previous studies have found that the phosphorylation level of LSD1 serine 54 significantly increases after chicken follicle selection and is regulated by estrogen in chicken hierarchical follicular theca cells. In order to investigate the function of the elevated phosphorylation level of LSD1 serine 54 in chicken follicle development, customized antibodies at this phosphorylation site were used for CUT&RUN sequencing, and the direct target gene after phosphorylation at this site was identified.
