Relevant Data Set on the Improvement of Intestinal Microbiota in IBS-D by Tong-Xie-Yao-Fang

1. An IBS-D model was established using water avoidance stress combined with restraint stress. After successful model construction, data such as the rate of loose stools, abdominal withdrawal reflex (AWR), and changes in body weight were measured in the mice.2. Terminal ileum tissues were collected from each group of mice for examination. Transmission electron microscopy was performed to clarify ultrastructural changes, and goblet cell detection was conducted to explore corresponding alterations.3. Fecal samples were collected from each group of mice. Metagenomic sequencing was performed on the fecal samples, and correlation analysis was conducted.
