This dataset contains data for the manuscript "Reducing Al/p-Si contact resistivity by utilizing Al2O3 induced surface accumulation" The simulated data for hole profiles are in csv files and the TLM data for contacts are in zip folder. The zip folder contains a "README" -file explaining how to use the data.
