Research Data Australia is an Internet-based collection designed \r\nto promote visibility of Australian research data in search \r\nengines such as Google and Bing. Research Data Australia aims to provide \r\na comprehensive window into the Australian Research Data Commons. \r\nIt provides connections between data, projects, researchers and services \r\nacross organisations and discipline\r\n\r\nResearch is producing larger and more complex \r\ndata than ever before. It is imperative that these \r\ndata outputs are effectively managed and shared.\r\nBetter data – better described, more connected, more \r\nintegrated and organised, more accessible, more \r\neasily used for new purposes – allows new questions \r\nto be investigated, larger issues to be investigated, \r\nand data landscapes to be explored.\r\n
