Limnological parameters related to seasonal differences and potential biological drivers of the methane paradox in Lake Attersee and Mondsee, Austria

This dataset contains the raw data related to the investigation of seasonal differences and potential biological drivers of the methane paradox in Lake Attersee and Mondsee, Austria. Lakes were samples in July 2024, November 2024, and April 2025. The dataset is divided in two excel spreadsheet that include multiprobe profiles, light intensity measurements, dissolved methane concentrations, nutrient concentration, flow cytometry analysis, and 13C-incubation experiment results.
