VPRS 12022 Crown Casino As Built Installation Manuals

This series consists of as build (meaning the building as it was finally constructed) installation manuals for the Crown Casino building. The records relate to the installation of the various service systems of the building such as Mechanical Services and Electrical Services.These records were created as part of the Casino Agreement between the State and Crown. Clause 6.5 of the agreement (part of the Casino (Management Agreement) Act 1993) required Crown to lodge copies of the drawings and other relevant documents with the States representative (in this case the Victorian Casino Control Authority, later the Victorian Casino and Gaming Authority).Information in this series includes a description of the service system, technical details of the equipment used, maintenance and operating instructions and commissioned test results.
