DALES output and observations at Cabauw site d.d. Sep 25, 2021 & DALES output Eindhoven d.d. Jun 16, 2022

Dataset of concentrations and deposition fluxes of NH3 at Cabauw, the Netherlands ('lat': 51.96666694444445, 'lon': 4.916666944444445) d.d. Sep 9, 2021. The DALES output files (pos_depcross.002.nc and pos_fielddump.002.nc) contain the profiles of mean and standard deviation of concentration and deposition flux in a circle of 100m radius around the mentioned lat, lon coordinates. For a fair comparison with observations, the concentration data was extrapolated to a height of 2.8 m, along a logarithmic profile. The observation data (Cabauw_NH3_conc_depflux_20210925.csv) concern the averaged data of MiniDOAS and HT8700 measurements of both concentration and deposition flux over a window of 30 mins. The files fielddump.014.nc, surfcross.014.nc, and depcross.014.nc contain the DALES output for the Eindhoven domain d.d. June 16, 2022. Fielddump.014.nc contains concentration data of NH3 and NOx, temperatures, humidity data, and wind velocities. Sufcross.014.nc contains surface energy fluxes, among other things. Depcross.014.nc contains dry deposition fluxes of NH3 and NOx and deposition resistances.
