SHIFT — The AI-Exposure Demand Index, Edition 1

An index of how hiring demand is shifting between AI-exposed and AI-resilient occupations across 26 economies (24 ranked) and the years 2021–2025, built on counts of online job postings from a fixed set of global job boards held constant over the period. The package contains the raw counts (3,120 rows: 24 occupations × 26 countries × 5 years), the published index layer with cluster-bootstrap confidence intervals, the full multilingual occupation battery (740 terms across nine languages), the validation scripts including those written by an independent verifier, and a one-command reproduction script that recomputes every published figure from the raw counts and fails if any of them does not match.
