THE SOCIAL CAPITAL AND THE ART TO EXPORT IN THE ITALIAN NORTHEAST EXPERIENCE: POSSIBILITIES OF UNFOLDINGS?

ABSTRACT Considering the spatial logical and the territory as dimension of analysis, this paper proposes reading matter of this Italian pattern of organization of micron, small and median enterprise - this “industrial districts” - privileging special treatment to the discussions respecting to the “social capital” and the “art of export” which distinguishing this productive territory. So in this field is traced an evolution way to this inside from which it is possible to distinguish forms of organizations from a transformation process and a development of districts systems to part from the consideration of its more paradigmatic elements. The last sections puts on debate some characteristics of local development exposing a different ideas and hypothesis of experimentation for the working up of projects aiming a promotion the environment favorable to the development of the industrial districts.
