The Regional New Energy Development and Utilization Level Dataset leverages the strengths of new energy big data collection, coordinates energy production, consumption and transformation development, and covers full-process data spanning wind power and photovoltaic development, consumption and transformation development. Through cross-sectional benchmarking and longitudinal comparison, it comprehensively and systematically reflects the regional wind and solar power development and utilization level. This dataset can support the government in conducting multi-faceted assessments and formulating development decisions regarding new energy production, utilization and transformation, assist the government in developing new energy development plans, arranging construction timelines and coordinating wind and solar power utilization, so as to promote the orderly and healthy development of wind power and photovoltaic development and utilization.
