Sealed prediction file (plaintext) for LSST 10-year stream catalog. Embargoed until 2033-06-01, on which date the file is automatically released by Zenodo. Smooth halo: no DM-substructure-induced gaps in tidal streams Cross-references the encrypted (AES-256) version with public SHA-256 hash on the master record. Both layers — embargo and encryption — prevent post-hoc adjustment of the prediction. Theoretical derivation chain: Pub1 (Steiger 2026), 10.5281/zenodo.18924129.
