Local floras of Russia: records from literature

This is a compilative dataset based upon digitisation and databasing of multiple references. The mission of this resource is to enable direct access to a large array of floristic data published in 1975-2021 in hardly available journals, serials, monographs, dissertations and technical reports written in Russian. As of April 20, 2022, the dataset includes full checklists for 1,573 localities (100+ records), partial checklists for 1,073 localities (10 to 99 records) and casual records from 371 localities (1 to 9 records). We mobilised data from 604 published sources with mean georeference accuracy 21,965 m. We are adding constantly new references. Data cleaning (orthography of original names, typos, OCR mistakes) is in progress.
