This data set includes the profiles in cubex format, which we generated during our scaling runs of ISSM on the HHLR. The data is structured as follows: submit.zip includes the sbatch scripts; other archive include the data of a run with the specific number of MPI processes; each contains 3 executions: trunk is an uninstrumented execution of ISSM v4.18, baseline is our initial measurement without optimization and preallocation is the measurement of ISSM v4.18 which includes optimization.
