THE IMPORTANCE OF ENGLISH IN THE PROCESS OF GLOBALISATION

This article scientifically analyzes the role and importance of the English language in the process of globalization from a linguistic and social perspective. The study examines the formation of the English language as a means of international communication, its role in science, economics, technology, education and culture. It also analyzes the historical, political, economic and sociolinguistic factors that influence the development of the English language as a global language.
