In this study, comparative analysis of the bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soils and surrounding soils was performed between a soybean EPSPS-transgenic line (N) and its control cultivar (M) by 16S ribosomal RNA gene (16S rDNA)-based Illumina MiSeq in order to assess whether there is the impact of an EPSPS-transgenic soybean line on the rhizosphere bacterial communities.
