CTD and ADCP data from the SAGA34.5S 2022 cruise

This dataset contains CTD (Conductivity-Temperature-Depth) and ADCP profiles collected during the SAGA34.5S 2022 oceanographic cruise. The CTD files are provided in CNV format, and include measurements of pressure, temperature, salinity, and dissolved oxygen, as well as additional variables such as fluorescence, turbidity, PAR, and beam attenuation. The ADCP files are provided in .mat format. The ADCP folder contains two files: contour_uv.mat: contains a matrix where the odd columns correspond to the zonal velocity and the even columns correspond to the meridional velocity. contour_xy.mat: file containing longitude, latitude, time, depth, and additional metadata for each velocity profile.
