Here we show that lncRNA HOXC-AS3, a key factor in controling metabolic reprogramming through binding with SIRT6, thereby promoting the metastases of brest cancer. Overall design: RNA-immunoprecipitation sequencing of SIRT6-associated RNAs in 231 cell lines.
