Neuroblastoma (NBL) tumors are considered heterogeneous tumors. So far, little detailed information available on their immune environment. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the tumor microenvironment of neuroblastoma. Overall design: Fresh neuroblastoma tumor samples (n=10 before treatments, n=14 after induction chemotherapy) were enzymatically digested and single-cell FACS sorted into plates for scRNA-seq.
