Boundary note: the B004 evidence in this archive is a bounded clean-gated multi-campus stress expansion, not a full repeated statistical campaign over all B004 fault families or production-derived changes. It contains 12 effective clean-gated rows, 12/12 post-injection detections after the F24 runtime-validator audit, a second B004-F19--B004-F30 full-sweep repeat with 12/12 post-injection detections, and final 180/180 restore gates.
