TF-MHOV: Tobacco Farmers’ Multi-Hazard Occupational Health and Vulnerability Dataset

The Tobacco Farmers’ Multi-Hazard Occupational Health and Vulnerability Dataset (TF-MHOV) contains cross-sectional data from 500 tobacco farmers across five upazilas in northern Bangladesh. It integrates demographic, occupational, behavioral, and physiological variables to examine the interplay between multiple occupational hazards and health risks. The dataset includes 38 variables covering demographics, farming practices, pesticide exposure, PPE use, lifestyle factors, self-reported symptoms, and sensor-based vital signs. Derived indicators identify suspected cases of Green Tobacco Sickness (GTS), hypertension, respiratory issues, and pesticide poisoning.
