Protecting National Heritage in Coast Moonah Woodland Together - Project 1

This project will deliver significant long term heritage conservation outcomes at Police Point (within the National Heritage Listed Quarantine Area and Point Nepean Defence Site Surrounds) and provide a wide range of training opportunities for Participants across a range of Coast Moonah Woodland sites. A key part of the project will be to improve the quality of indigenous vegetation at Police Point to restore the heritage landscape values of this area which is of high community value. Creating strong partnerships with local friends groups and Indigenous communities will significantly improve the condition of Threatened Ecological Communities and protect species and their habitats (Hooded Plover).
