资源简介:
We investigated the effects of six weeks of voluntary wheel running in heterozygous B6(Cg)-Gt(ROSA)26Sortm1.1(DUX4*)Plj/J (FLExDUX4) mouse model of Facioscapulohumeral Muscular Dystrophy (FSHD) and their wild type (WT) littermates to characterize the structural/functional adaptations to voluntary wheel running and their molecular foundations using RNA sequencing Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data from the triceps of male FLExDUX4 and WT littermates that underwent 6 weeks of voluntary wheel running, or a no-running control condition. Samples were collected from n=4 FLExDUX4 exercise, n= 3 FLExDUX4 control, n=4 WT Exercise, and n=3 WT control mice.
