Effects of constitutive YAP1 activation on gene expression in pancreatic cancer spheroids [EV_YS6A_RNASeq]

In this study, we investigate the role of YAP1 in regulating autophagy flux in pancreatic cancer spheroids. Overall design: YAP1S6A constitutively active phosphomutant was expressed in PATU8902 cells, which were then cultured in 3D-Matrigel as spheroids, prior to RNA extraction and sequencing. Empty Vector (EV) is used as a control.
