Travel mode choice and travel factors perceived by sample of students and professors at Slovak universities

This study investigates travel behaviour among university students and faculty members at four Slovak universities to understand differences in transportation mode choice and perceptions of mobility factors in the context of sustainable mobility in Europe. An online survey of 312 respondents (238 students, 74 faculty) assessed main travel modes and the perceived importance of five factors—travel cost, travel time, parking, ecological aspect, and sharing—on a five-point scale.
