Copper production in Chile 2023, by region

In 2023, more than 55 percent of the copper production in Chile took place in the Antofagasta region. Tarapacá trailed as the second largest copper producing region that year, with some 735,600 metric tons produced, or roughly 13.7 percent of the country's copper production.
