RNA-Seq analysis was carried out to investigate the effects of CDK8/19 inhibitor Senexin B on the gene expression regulated by 2hr-treatment with PMA in 293 cells. Overall design: HEK293 cells were pre-treated with or without 1 µM Senexin B for 1 hour, followed by treatment with or without 30nM PMA for 2 hours. Each treatment condition was done in biological triplicate.
