某区域居民及工商业用户负荷数据集主要面向基线负荷估计方法极其性能评估研究，采集于某地区，主要记录了：（1）2209个用户一段时间的用电负荷原始采集数据，时间分辨率为15分钟；（2）用电负荷所对应的时间信息，分别包括具体年月日期、单独月份以及单独日信息；（3）经过连续重复值辨识、大小异常数据辨识以及不良数据修复后的2009个用户一年的用电负荷数据，日期为2020.7.1至2021.6.30，时间分辨率为15分钟。

This regional residential and commercial and industrial user load dataset is primarily designed for research on baseline load estimation methods and their performance evaluation. It was collected from a specific region, and mainly records the following contents: (1) Raw collected power load data of 2209 users over a certain period, with a time resolution of 15 minutes; (2) Time information corresponding to the power load, including specific year-month-date, separate month, and separate day information respectively; (3) One-year power load data of 2009 users after undergoing consecutive duplicate value identification, oversized and undersized abnormal data identification, and bad data repair, covering the period from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021, with a time resolution of 15 minutes.
