<b>Supplementary Tables Overview</b><br>The supplementary tables provide detailed results from our scRNA-seq analysis. Table S1 outlines cluster membership and cell type annotations across three major immune and non-immune subsets. Table S2 lists top marker genes per cluster based on distinctiveness of gene expression profile. Table S3 summarizes the distribution of biological replicates across conditions and comparisons. Table S4 presents differential expression results (edgeR) for each cluster within four comparison pairs. Table S5 reports significantly enriched KEGG pathways identified via GSEA using ranked gene lists. Together, these tables support cell type classification, condition-specific expression changes, and functional interpretation of the dataset.
