NSGBO-MIP Dataset for Virtual Machine Consolidation

The dataset consists of two components: (1) test instances for the Virtual Machine Consolidation (VMC) problem in cloud computing, and (2) the complete source code of the proposed NSGBO-MIP, a novel multi-objective matheuristic algorithm designed to solve the VMC problem.
