Alzheimer's Disease Long-Read RNAseq Website Data for Download

These are the data that can be downloaded directly from the website for the AD long-read RNAseq publication. Basic information about main directory structure and files: counts_matrices_and_annotations.zip - Contains all counts matrices and annotations used to make the website. differential_expression_results.zip - Contains the results tables for the differential expression/usage analysis. genome_wide_qtl_results_filtered_fdr.zip - Results for genome-wide cis QTL analysis filtered for hits with FDR < 0.05. genome_wide_qtl_results.zip - Full results for genome-wide cis QTL analysis. metadata.zip - Comtains table with clinicopathological, demographic, and sequencing metric data for each sample. Also contains metadata dictionary briefly explaning each column.
