The goal of this study is to analyze genome-wide Srf binding to chromatin in mouse heart during heart maturation Srf-fbio/+;Rosa-birA/+ hearts were collected at postnatal day 14 (P14) and P42 (adult). The apex of the hearts were dissected, homogenized and nuclei crosslinked and fragmented by sonication. Streptaviding pull down followed by sequencing (bioChIP-seq) analyzed SRF occupancy on chromatin. At least two ventricles were pooled per sample. Two biological replicates were analyzed at each stage. Sequencing data aligned by bowtie2 and peaks called by MACS2.
