Mammary epithelial cell DNA methylation of FVB/N lactating mice. undefined

This study gathers the mouse mammary epithelial cell DNA methylation profiles of 36 mammary tissue samples collected from FVB/N mice. Tissues were collected from first or second lactation, with or without LPS-induced local inflammation (4 hours post injection of LPS). DNA methylation was analysed by reduced representation bisulfite sequencing (RRBS) and paired-end sequences were obtained from Illumina NovaSeq S2 technology (2 x 100 bp).
