Supporting data for Mechanisms underlying abnormal inner ear development caused by the <em>Sox9</em>^{<em>Y440X</em>} campomelic dysplasia mutation

The data are experimental documents generated during the PhD study. It includes sinlge-cell transcriptomic data on E14.5 cochlea and E10.5 otic vesicle on both the wild type and <em>Sox9</em>^{<em>Y440X/+</em>} mouse mutant. Confocal and bright-view images were also included. Please refer to the thesis for details regarding the research and information about the experiemntal data.
