Reasons to stop purchasing online among consumers Singapore 2020 by gender

According to a survey conducted by Rakuten Insight in Singapore, the majority of the respondents stated they preferred shopping in a physical store and being able to inspect the product before buying it during COVID-19 pandemic as of May 2020. On the other hand, 15 percent of the female respondents and 19 percent of males wanted to support local brick and mortar shops during the crisis.
