Replication files for “Do Newly Elected Mayors Cut Their Own Pay?”

The dataset used for full replication of the paper’s empirical analysis is provided in Data.dta. Definitions of all variables and the Stata code required to reproduce the Difference-in-Differences and event-study results are included in DiD_eventstudy_replication.do.
