Supporting Data for "Microenvironment and its regulation on endometrial mesenchymal stromal/stem-like cells"

The file includes all the data I used in the PhD thesis, including the raw data for statistical analysis, the uncropped images of the whole membrane acquired in the western blotting experiments (containing both target proteins and the internal reference protein), the gating strategy for the flow cytometry experiments and the images of the immunofluorescent staining that are splitted into different channels. 
The organization of the data is according to their presenting order in the PhD thesis, from Chapter 2 to Chapter 5. Each figure has an individual datasheet for convenience. The data was managed using the GraphPad software and the detailed method of analysis is as described in the corresponding chapter of my thesis.

该文件包含了我在博士论文中使用的所有数据，包括用于统计分析的原始数据，以及通过Western blotting实验获得的整个膜的非裁剪图像（包含目标蛋白和内部参考蛋白），以及流式细胞术实验的门控策略和免疫荧光染色图像，这些图像被分割成不同的通道。数据组织遵循博士论文中从第二章至第五章的呈现顺序。每个图表都有单独的数据表，以便于查阅。数据管理采用GraphPad软件完成，详细的分析方法见论文相应章节的描述。
