Genomic Assembly of Shigella flexneri Y strain, cross reacting with S. dys 2.. Shigella flexneri strain:K-319

This strain was recorded as atypical strain of Shigella species. Serotyped as S. flexneri Y variant cross reacting with an antiserum of S. dysenteriae (type 2). Other phenotypical and Molecular characteristic of the strain shared similarity with S. flexneri Y, not with S. dysenteriae.
