Chromosome 1 simulated data

This tar ball contains the simulation results for the paper "Substructured population growth in the Ashkenazi Jews inferred with Approximate Bayesian Computation". There are three tab-delimited files (one for each demographic model) used as input for ABCtoolbox. The first line of each file is a header. The first set of columns are the parameter values used in the simulation and the remaining columns are the population genetic summary statistics.
