Spatial transcriptomic data of salivary gland tumors in AFAP family

Intercalated duct hyperplasia, basal cell adenoma and basal cell adenocarcinomas of the proband were analyzed by spatial transcriptomics and demonstrated a stepwise increase in WNT activation from benign to malignant lesions Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue samples from the proband's multiple salivary gland lesions were analyzed. These included intercalated duct hyperplasia, basal cell adenoma, and basal cell adenocarcinoma involving both the parotid and submandibular glands.
