Additional file 2 ENCODE accession numbers of files and datasets with direct web links. This file contains the Supplementary Tables S3–S5. The ENCODE accession numbers of the files and datasets analysed in this study, as well as the direct links to download the K562 cell line data and the GM12878 cell line data are provided as Table S3 and Table S4, respectively. Table S5 provides the web link to the GENCODE annotation file employed in the study as well as the ENCODE accession numbers to the blacklisted genomic regions. Tables S3–S5 provide also additional information such as assay, experiment target, data producing laboratory, and the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) sample accession numbers.
