In May 2019 the black hole GRS 1915+105 underwent a transition to a new .obscured X-ray state. comma characterised by markedly increased radio flaring activity. Despite the apparent drop in the X-ray output comma the radio jet seems to be fed at high rates comma similarly to what has been observed in V404 Cyg in 2015. We are observing the target on October 12th comma 2019 simultaneously with XMM and INTEGRAL openParDDTclosePar comma and a number of radio facilities. Here we propose a follow-up Target of Opportunity observation of GRS 1915+105 comma to be performed simultaneously by XMM and INTEGRAL openPar45ks eachclosePar when GRS 1915+105 evolves away from this new obscured state openParand perhaps to quiescence after 27 yearsclosePar comma to probe the accretion-ejection processes. Similar length radio coverage is guaranteed through pre-approved time.
