Census Tracts in 2000

In order for others to use the information in the Census MAF/TIGER database in a geographic information system (GIS) or for other geographic applications, the Census Bureau releases to the public extracts of the database in the form of TIGER/Line Shapefiles.为使其他使用者能够在地理信息系统（GIS）中使用人口普查局MAF/TIGER数据库中的信息，或将其应用于其他地理相关场景，美国人口普查局（Census Bureau）会以TIGER/Line形状文件（TIGER/Line Shapefiles）的形式向公众发布该数据库的提取数据集。
