Data and code for probabilistic river turbidity mapping and RO pretreatment screening

This repository contains the supporting data and code package for the manuscript entitled “Linking Probabilistic River Turbidity Mapping to Pretreatment Screening and Operational Carbon Assessment in Reverse Osmosis Systems”. The package includes processed modelling inputs, analysis outputs, and supporting files used for probabilistic turbidity prediction, exceedance-probability estimation, pretreatment screening, reverse osmosis energy assessment, and operational carbon assessment. The dataset is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and peer-review evaluation of the submitted manuscript.
