Single-cell transcriptomic and TCR profiling of T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma

T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) arises from precursor lymphoblastic cells and is often categorized alongside T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL), with differentiation primarily based on the proportion of blasts in the bone marrow. There is a current dearth of specific therapeutic strategies for T-LBL, and interventions for relapsed/refractory T-LBL are also lacking.
