Ancient genomes of sheep from Eurasia spanning ten millenia

We report over 100 ancient genomes of sheep, principally from domestic Ovis aries but also from wild Ovis gmelini and Ovis vignei. Please note that the uploaded data is RAW and has not been trimmed for adaptors, due to variation in how groups and pipelines handle data. Please refer to the associated publication for steps on how to replicate our adaptor filtering.
