The data collection will contain geo-spatial datasets ["GIS" files] that describe various aspects of the marine environment in the Pilbara region of WA. The collection will also contain various formats (text, Excel and related) describing biological, geochemical, hydrological, atmospheric and climate processes and data. The collection will also house model output (hydrodynamic and biologic) in form of NetCDF and text files. The collection will also contain underwater video and stills used for categorizing habitats and species counts.
